ManTra Management is a management consulting and training firm. We offer training workshops in various areas related to managing organizations. Session topics range from general management, project management, program management and first level supervision to leadership development, negotiation skills and effective management tactics. All of our products deal with the subject of management and nothing else!
Our training workshops are specially designed for executives, senior management staff, supervisors and team leaders and are highly customized to provide information about resolving existing issues in your organization. We do not offer “One size fit All” programs and the content and depth of our courses are targeted to your requirements. We also have preparatory courses for employees moving into new roles.
