EezyNaukari is a tech-enabled platform with an aim to revolutionize India’s recruitment process for the unorganized blue and entry level white collar jobs via digital integration of job ready rural population. Founded by a team of IIT and IIFT graduates, who after serving in the various industries like Manufacturing, Hospitality, E-Commerce, and Transport, are now working for the economic growth of the impoverished population from rural and semi-urban areas.

We aim to solve inefficiencies by providing reliable digital profiles of seekers whose verified personal data is integrated with skill assessment results. Taking the data from skill assessment, our system analyzes their relevant skill and integrates with the personal data, thus creating a complete digital profile.
