Our group founders Mr. Ramakant Jadhav & Mr. Prakash Ajgaonkar created an impressive mark by starting innovatory operations in Thane district. They ambitiously contributed towards the residential needs of the lower and middle income groups in Vasai Virar region.

Empowered by the dream of "better living spaces for all" they have shown how to go beyond boundaries and break away from the obvious. With an in depth knowledge of regulations, they also have an immense value of working within the legal framework.

1996 onwards, aligning to the government’s new policy, they became one of the leading developers in the redevelopment of old buildings and also constructed high rise buildings in South & Central Mumbai.

The idea of JADE group was conceived by keeping in mind the vision of the founders of an undying commitment towards society and to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Today, JADE group takes up projects under its companies like West Avenue Realtors Pvt. Ltd., Sealink Realtors Pvt. Ltd., Finetone Realtors and many others.

In the past 4 decades, the promoter companies constructed 32 projects comprising of villas, high rise luxury apartments, affordable housing complexes and commercial properties, adding upto 2.3 million Sq. ft. of area.

With the new generation working shoulder to shoulder, the team has advanced with better capabilities, innovative designs and progressive technology for a process driven approach. Today we develop our projects by collaborating with the best international architects and other partners.

JADE group’s plan is to develop approximately 1.5 million Sq. Ft. of area across 10 various projects in the near future.
