Microtex Stationary OPzS cells belong to the most enduring lead acid batteries. They are suitable for standby operations as well as for capacitive loads. Test according to IEC 60896-11 and IS 1651:1991. 15+ years in stand-by operation in float application at 27 °C. They perfectly meet requirements for bridging times between 1 h and more than 10 h. Microtex OPzS cells belong to the most enduring lead acid batteries. They are suitable for stand-by operations as well as for capacitive loads. Microtex Stationary OPzS Cells are used in Telecommunication Sectors, for Emergency Lighting and Microwave Radio Systems and also in Power Generating Plants.

Maintenance:

• Every 6 months: Check battery voltage, pilot cell voltage and temperature
• Every 12 months: Record battery voltage, cell voltages and temperatures

• Water refilling interval: More than 3 years at 20 °C
• IEC 896-11 cycles: >1500
• Self-discharge: Approx. 3% per month at 20 °C
• Operational temperature: -20 °C to 55 °C, recommended 10 °C to 30 °C
